LITTLE GIANT SOLUTIONS INVESTS IN EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS

SPRINGVILLE, UT -- Little Giant Solutions announced today that Douglas R. Wing, senior vice president, will move from his role as head of national sales to expand and oversee the company’s employee and partner training programs. This new focus on employee development and partner relationships is a response to the company’s growth in recent years, which has taken Little Giant Solutions from a small-town family business to a global manufacturing and marketing leader. CEO Ryan Moss explains, “We’ve simply outgrown our training capabilities. When you focus on building people and relationships first, the business will succeed—that’s the foundation on which Hal Wing, our founder and chairman, built this company.  Doug will do a great job leading our efforts to develop an outstanding workforce and to build strong relationships with our business partners.”

Doug Wing brings over twenty-years of experience as a leader and mentor. He will direct all internal and external personnel training activities for the company. Doug Wing expressed excitement about his new role: “This has always been an area of intense personal interest for me, and I look forward to working closely with our company’s employees and partners. We are going to be prepared for the opportunities coming our way.”

Effective immediately, H. Arthur Wing, president of Little Giant Solutions, will add the national, government, corporate, and direct sales divisions to his responsibilities. Art Wing and his sales team will now handle all sales contacts and requests for support. Art has been with Little Giant Solutions from the beginning and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his expanded role. “I look forward to working closely with each of our wholesale and retail partners and am excited about the new innovations and developments we have coming.
